The opening page of the EssayOnTime has links and tabs to everything a customer will need. Prices, writing samples, discounts and the order process/form are all tabbed. There are also links to the privacy policy and all of the terms and conditions at the bottom of this page. Contact methods are similar to those of other sites and include phone, email, live chat, and messaging on one’s order page.
Prices
Like most other sites, there are the Standard, Premium, and Platinum qualities, and they are priced accordingly. Other things that affect prices are the level of study and the deadline. Prices begin at $19.99 and move up from there, to as high as $46.99 for a “Platinum- level” due within hours. There are additional options such as a plagiarism report and a request for one of the site’s top 10 writers. This could be a bit tricky if one of the top 10 is not an expert in the topic area of the client. Discounts are in place for large orders and for returning customers, generally ranging from 5-15%.
EssayOnTime’s Quality Writing
This was probably the worst experience we had. We ordered a Premium-level research paper of 12 pages with a 3-day deadline and specifically requested a draft copy first. We did not get the draft and received the final product almost full day late. It was only 10 pages, did not have enough resources, and was so poorly written, no one could have turned it in without a complete re-write. We contacted the writer and the customer service department, leaving several messages. When the EssayOnTime’s customer service department got back to us, they simply said the paper passed their editors’ reviews. They would not even provide a discount!
Customer Support
All normal methods of communication are available; however, the chat was offline several times. We were told to message our writer through our account page, but he or she never responded. We were only allowed to leave messages on the phone line.
